Prepare the Broccolini
Wash the broccolini under cold water to remove any dirt. Trim the ends of the stems to about 1 inch.

Make the Labneh Mixture
In a small bowl, mix the labneh with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cooking

Blanch the Broccolini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccolini and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Remove and immediately plunge into an ice bath to stop cooking.

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, spread the labneh mixture evenly. Top with the sautéed broccolini and sprinkle generously with za'atar.

Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the top if desired and serve warm.
