Accompaniments

Method

Cheese Preparation

  1. 1

    Select the Cheeses

Choose four to six artisanal cheeses based on personal preference. Recommended cheeses are Brie, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Manchego, Goat cheese, and Cheddar.

  2. 2

    Cut the Cheeses

Cut each cheese into bite-sized pieces or wedges. Arrange them on a large platter for serving.

Accompaniments Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Accompaniments

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar together. Add fresh rosemary sprigs for a fragrant touch.

  2. 4

    Arrange the Olives

Place the mixed olives in a small bowl or directly on the cheese platter.

  3. 5

    Slice the Bread

Slice the artisan bread into small pieces or cubes for easy dipping.

  4. 6

    Prepare Fresh Fruits

Wash and arrange the fresh fruits (figs, grapes, or apples) on the platter alongside the cheeses.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Assemble the Platter

On a large serving platter, artfully arrange the cheeses, olives, bread, and fruits. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic mixture over the cheese.
