In a bowl, toss the cooked noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
California Roll
- 11
Season the rice
In a bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- 12
Prepare nori
On a bamboo mat, place a nori sheet shiny side down. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
- 13
- 14
Roll and slice
Using the mat, roll the nori tightly around the filling. Slice into pieces.

Rinse the rice
Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 16
Cook rice
In a pot, combine rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Fluff rice
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
