Method

Prepare Seafood

  1. 1

    Marinate Seafood

In a bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, and cubed salmon. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Pour the marinade over the seafood and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Cook Dumplings

  1. 2

    Steam Dumplings

Prepare frozen dumplings according to package instructions. Usually, this involves steaming for about 8-10 minutes until heated through.

Cook Noodles

  1. 3

    Prepare Noodles

Boil water in a pot, add beef noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make California Rolls

  1. 4

    Prepare Sushi Rice

Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Allow it to cool slightly before assembling the rolls.

  2. 5

    Assemble Rolls

On a bamboo sushi mat, place a nori sheet. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border. Place cucumber, avocado, and crab sticks in the center, then roll tightly. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

Cook Seafood

  1. 6

    Sauté Seafood

In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinated seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly caramelized.

Assemble the Box

  1. 7

    Combine Everything

In a serving box or plate, arrange the cooked rice, sautéed seafood, steamed dumplings, cooked beef noodles, and sliced California rolls. Serve warm.
