Pork Bulgogi

Marinate the Pork
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix well.

Prepare the Pork
Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.

Cook the Pork
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and caramelized.

Prepare Filling
In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Fill Dumpling Wrappers
Place about a teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal tightly, using water to moisten the edges.

Cook Noodles
In a pot, bring beef broth to a boil. Add beef noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-6 minutes.

Flavor the Noodles
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Add chopped green onions just before serving.
California Rolls

Prepare Sushi Rice
Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook with water according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool.

Assemble Rolls
On a bamboo sushi mat, place a nori sheet shiny side down. Spread a layer of sushi rice, leaving about an inch at the top. Place cucumber, avocado, and crab in the center. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.

Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until water runs clear. In a pot, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
