In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.

Place the thinly sliced pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring that all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
