1. Make the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

2. Add Kimchi and Vegetables

Chop the kimchi into small pieces and add it to the batter along with the chopped green onions and Korean red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

3. Incorporate Sesame Oil

Drizzle the sesame oil into the batter and mix until evenly distributed.

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

5. Cook the Pancake

Pour half of the batter into the heated skillet, spreading it out evenly. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the edges start to crisp and the bottom is golden brown.

6. Flip and Finish Cooking

Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the second side is golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
