Prepare the Filling

  1. 1

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, blackberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Gently toss to coat the fruit evenly and set aside.

Make the Cobbler Topping

  1. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. 3

In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and milk. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Assemble and Bake

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.

Serve
