Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Add Blueberries

Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

Bake

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Frosting

Prepare the Frosting

In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Fold in the blueberry jam until evenly distributed.

Once the cakes are completely cooled, place one layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of frosting on top, then place the second layer on top and frost the top and sides of the cake.
