Prosecco and Pears

In a coffee maker or French press, add 2 cups of freshly ground coffee beans.

Prepare the Coffee

Pour 4 cups of water into the coffee maker or French press. If using a French press, let the coffee steep for about 4 minutes.

Add Water

If using a coffee maker, simply start the machine and wait until the coffee is brewed. If using a French press, slowly press down the plunger after steeping.

Brew

Once the coffee is brewed, pour it into a large mug or bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to sweeten it according to your taste.

Sweeten the Brew

Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

Add Flavorings

Pour 1 cup of whole milk or cream into the coffee mixture and stir gently.

Add Creamy Toppings

Top with whipped cream if desired, and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top to enhance the presentation and flavor.

Wash and chop the fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add salt and black pepper. Whisk together until the mixture is uniform.

Whisk the Eggs

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Eggs

Add the chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet with the scrambled eggs. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are slightly softened.

Add the Vegetables

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the egg and vegetable mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.

Add Cheese

Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon half of the egg mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides over the filling and roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Assemble the Wraps

Cut the wraps in half and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious breakfast wraps!

In a cocktail shaker, combine Revelton gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Prepare the Bees Knees Cocktail

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.

Shake Well

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or a sprig of thyme.

Strain and Serve

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of honey with 1 cup of water.

Combine Ingredients

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the honey is completely dissolved in the water.

Remove from heat and let the honey syrup cool completely. Store in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

In a mixing glass, combine the High West Campfire Whiskey, freshly brewed coffee, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix the ingredients well.

Mix the Base Ingredients

Fill a heatproof glass or mug with the whiskey and coffee mixture, leaving some room at the top for cream.

Prepare the Glass

Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon into the glass. This will create a layered effect.

Add the Heavy Cream

Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of the cream and add a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Begin by chilling a champagne flute or coupe glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Chill the Glass

In a cocktail shaker, add the Wild Roots Pear-Infused Vodka, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, and vanilla syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Strain and Pour

Slowly top off the glass with Flora Prosecco, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.

Add Prosecco

Garnish the drink with fresh pear slices and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately and enjoy!
