Pimento Cheese Preparation

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pimento peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth. Set aside.

Cooking Toppings

    Cook the Egg

    In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet and fry until the white is set and the yolk is cooked to your liking.

Jalapeno Ranch Preparation

    Mix Jalapeno Ranch

    In a small bowl, mix together ranch dressing and diced jalapenos. Stir until combined.

Assembly

    Assemble the Hops Classic

    Spread a generous layer of pimento cheese on a plate or sandwich. Top with crumbled bacon, a slice of American cheese, crumbled Applewood bacon, and the fried egg. Serve with a side of jalapeno ranch.
