Method

Pork Chops

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the pork chops.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Chops

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled), about 3-5 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Home Potatoes / Hash Browns

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and tender.

Toast

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

While the potatoes are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.
