Prepare Pancake Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

Combine Both Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix. Some lumps are okay.
Cook Pancakes

Preheat Skillet
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can add a small amount of butter to grease the surface.

Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges appear set, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip Pancakes
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
Serve

Add Toppings
Stack the pancakes on plates and top with your choice of sliced bananas, blueberries, sliced strawberries, or diced cinnamon apples.

Drizzle Maple Syrup
Finish by drizzling maple syrup over the pancakes and serve immediately.
