Preparation
- 1
Wash the Oranges
Begin by washing the fresh oranges under running water to remove any dirt or pesticide residues.
- 2
Cut the Oranges
Using a sharp knife, cut each orange in half across the equator to prepare them for juicing.
- 3
Juice the Oranges
Using a manual or electric juicer, press each half of the orange to extract the juice. Make sure to apply enough pressure to get all the juice out.
- 4
Strain the Juice (optional)
If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the freshly squeezed juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp and seeds.
- 5
Serve the Juice
Pour the fresh squeezed orange juice into a glass and serve immediately for the best flavor.
