Method

Preparing Fresh Fruit

  1. 1

    Wash and Slice the Fruits

Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves. Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

  2. 2

    Combine the Fruits

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana. Toss gently to mix the fruits evenly.

Preparing Cottage Cheese

  1. 3

    Scoop the Cottage Cheese

In a serving bowl, scoop out 1 cup of cottage cheese. You can choose either plain or flavored cottage cheese based on your preference.

Cooking Egg Whites

  1. 4

    Whisk the Egg Whites

In a small bowl, whisk the 2 egg whites until they are slightly frothy. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.

  2. 5

    Cook the Egg Whites

In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of oil or cooking spray over medium heat. Pour in the egg whites and let them cook for about 2-3 minutes until they are set. Flip them carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 6

    Serve the Dish

On a plate, place the bowl of cottage cheese next to the fruit mixture. Serve the cooked egg whites on the side. Enjoy your fresh fruit, cottage cheese, and egg whites together!
