Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop Ingredients

Dice the ham, onion, and bell pepper into small, uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Beat Eggs

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with the salt and black pepper until well combined.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes or until they are soft and translucent.

  2. 4

    Add Ham

Stir in the diced ham and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the ham is heated through.

  3. 5

    Add Eggs

Pour the beaten eggs over the sautéed mixture in the skillet. Gently stir to combine and allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 6

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the eggs and cover the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges or scoop onto plates and serve hot.
