Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the red and green bell peppers and onion into small pieces for even cooking.

Cook the Hash Browns
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are softened.

Combine Ingredients
Add the diced corned beef to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.

Add Hash Browns
Return the cooked hash browns to the skillet and mix well with the corned beef and vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
