Prepare Pancake Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy. Do not overmix.

Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in the chocolate chips into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Cook Pancakes

Preheat Skillet
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a little butter.

Using a measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
