Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Lettuce
While the chicken is grilling, wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Assembly
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Once the chicken has rested, slice it into strips and add it to the bowl with Romaine lettuce. Add croutons, shredded Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing to the bowl.
- 4
Toss the Salad
Gently toss all the ingredients together until the lettuce is evenly coated with Caesar dressing and the chicken, cheese, and croutons are well distributed.
Serving
- 5

Divide the Chicken Caesar Salad into serving plates or bowls. Optionally, garnish with additional Parmesan cheese or croutons. Enjoy immediately!
