Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the wild mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, red chile flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Ingredients
Add the baby spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Add the cooked shrimp and pappardelle pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.

Serve
Serve the shrimp pappardelle hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese.
