Prepare the Filling
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Cook the Protein or Veggies
Add your choice of shredded beef, chicken, carnitas, or veggies to the skillet. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, warm the flour tortillas over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Burritos
On each tortilla, layer a scoop of the filling, followed by a portion of cooked rice and pinto beans. Fold the sides in and roll tightly to form a burrito.

Serve
Slice the burritos in half and serve with additional rice and beans on the side if desired.
