1. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally, but not completely through. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Cook the Chicken

4. Add Cheese and Green Chile
