Method

Cheese Platter

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheese

Cut the cheddar and brie cheese into bite-sized cubes. Arrange them on a large platter.

  2. 2

    Add Fruits and Nuts

Scatter the grapes and walnuts around the cheese cubes on the platter. Make sure they are evenly distributed for a colorful presentation.

  3. 3

    Include Crackers

Place the crackers in a small bowl or directly on the platter for guests to enjoy with the cheese.

  1. 4

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. 5

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking tray.

  3. 6

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan until well combined.

  4. 7

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture generously.

  5. 8

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms for added flavor.

  6. 9

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
