Method
Preparing the Burger Patties

Mix the Patty Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.
Cooking the Burger

Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Flip the patties and immediately place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty. Add jalapeño slices on top of the cheese. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

Prepare the Fries
While the burgers are cooking, heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot according to package instructions for the frozen French fries.

Fry the Fries
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the frozen French fries and fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt to taste.

Build Your Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer lettuce leaves, a cooked burger patty with melted cheese and jalapeños, a slice of tomato, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
