Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken wings. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on top. Toss the wings to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Smoking the Wings

Prepare the Smoker
Soak the hickory wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the Wings
Once the smoker is ready, add the soaked hickory wood chips to the smoker box. Place the chicken wings on the smoker rack and close the lid. Smoke the wings for about 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
