Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and sauté until they are soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Burger Patties
In the same skillet, after the vegetables are cooked, push them to the side and add the hickory smoked burger patties. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 3
Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking the burger patties, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.

French Fries Preparation
- 5
Cook the French Fries
Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt, and bake for the recommended time until crispy and golden brown.
