Prepare the Dough
Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.

Shape the Pretzel Sticks
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long stick shape.

Boil and Bake
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add baking soda. Boil each pretzel stick for about 30 seconds, then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Bier Cheese Dip

Mix Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, and black pepper.

Blend Until Smooth
Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.

Serve
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and set aside for serving with pretzel sticks.
Haus Mustard

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together yellow mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Transfer the Haus Mustard to a small serving bowl for dipping.
