Method
Pork Tenderloin Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and slice it into 4 equal pieces.
- 2
Bread the Pork
Set up a breading station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a third.
- 3
Coat the Pork
Dip each piece of pork into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- 4
Fry the Pork
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry each breaded pork piece for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.
