Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are evenly coated. Transfer the apple mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly. Spread the mixture evenly over the apple filling in the baking dish.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the apples are bubbly and the topping is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
