Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the black forest ham, roasted pork loin, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

Open Canned Goods
Drain and rinse the canned kidney beans and black beans. Set aside.

Brown the Meats
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Then, add the diced black forest ham and roasted pork loin. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Combine the Ingredients
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the meat and vegetables.

Add Beans and Broth
Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, kidney beans, black beans, and corn. Stir to combine all ingredients.

Simmer the Chili
Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, stirring occasionally.

Ladle the chili into bowls and serve hot. Optionally, garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, or chopped green onions.
