Meatloaf Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix the Meatloaf Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, diced black forest ham, cooked bacon and onion mixture, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.

Shape the Meatloaf
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Glazing and Baking

Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together the German mustard, brown sugar, and Haus-curry sauce until smooth.

Apply the Glaze
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake the Meatloaf
Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Rest the Meatloaf
Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
