Gradually whisk in the milk and beer, ensuring there are no lumps.

Once the mixture is smooth and bubbling, reduce heat to low and add the sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
