Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to evenly coat the chicken. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Bier Batter

  1. 2

    Prepare the Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually pour in the beer, stirring until smooth. Add the egg and mix until well combined. The batter should be thick enough to coat the chicken.

Frying

  1. 3

    Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Dip each seasoned chicken tender into the bier batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Carefully drop the battered chicken into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Cook the Fries

While the chicken is frying, prepare the frozen French fries according to the package instructions, either by baking or frying.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Dish

Once the chicken fingers are cooked and the fries are ready, serve the chicken fingers in a basket alongside the fries. Offer curry sauce and honey mustard on the side for dipping.
