Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for melting the cheese.

Prepare the Pretzel Rolls
Slice the pretzel rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom for each sandwich.
Assembling the Sandwich

Add Ham and Cheese
On the bottom half of each pretzel roll, layer 100 grams of black forest ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.

Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard evenly on the top half of each pretzel roll.
Melting the Cheese

Butter the Rolls
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the outer side of each pretzel roll.

Bake the Sandwiches
Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
