Baking the Cheesecake

Combine crust and filling
Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

Cool and chill
Turn off the oven, crack the oven door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
