Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Artichoke Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped garlic, and chopped artichoke hearts until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Panini

Spread a generous amount of the garlic artichoke mayo on one side of each slice of Italian bread. On one slice, layer the turkey, mozzarella, tomato, and arugula. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.

  3. 3

    Grill the Panini

Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, add a little butter or oil to the pan. Place the assembled sandwich in the press or skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the panini from the heat, let it cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
