Directions
- 1
Prepare the Tomatoes
Wash the fresh tomatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides. Cut them into quarters.
- 2
Blend the Tomatoes
In a blender, combine the quartered tomatoes and water. Blend until smooth.
- 3
Strain the Juice
Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher to separate the juice from the pulp and seeds.
- 4
Season the Juice
Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and celery salt to the strained tomato juice. Stir well to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 5
Add Hot Sauce (Optional)
If you like your juice spicy, add hot sauce to taste and mix well.
