    Cut the Fabric

    Measure and cut the cotton and flax linen fabrics into 8x8 inch squares.

    Layer the Fabrics

    Place one square of cotton on top of one square of flax linen, right sides together.

    Sew the Edges

    Using a sewing machine, sew around the edges of the squares, leaving a small opening to turn the fabric right side out.

    Turn the Cloth

    Carefully turn the dishcloth right side out through the opening.

  5. 5

    Close the Opening

    Sew the opening closed using a slip stitch or top stitch.

  6. 6

    Final Touch

    Press the dishcloth with an iron to remove any wrinkles.
