Cooking Instructions

   Prepare the English Muffins

   Split the English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown.

   Cook the Sausage

   In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage links until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

   Cook the Eggs

   In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy), about 3-5 minutes.

   Assemble the Sandwich

   On each toasted English muffin half, layer cooked sausage, a fried egg, and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

   Remove from the broiler, assemble the halves together, and serve hot.
