Dough Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add activated yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together. Stir in vanilla extract and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix sugar and ground cinnamon.

In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

If using frozen berries, thaw and drain excess liquid. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese with blueberries until well combined.

In a bowl, combine cooked crumbled bacon with maple syrup.

Use Nutella as is, no additional preparation needed.

Roll Out Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Spread the desired filling over the dough, leaving a small border. Roll the dough tightly into a log.

Cut the log into equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
