Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage, bacon, ham, and pork sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add olive oil if necessary and sauté the hash browns until crispy and golden brown. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, and green onions. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Add the cooked meats and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

  5. 5

    Cook the Omelet

Cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Optionally, cover the skillet to help the top cook through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once cooked, gently fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate. Serve warm.
