In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, crack the egg and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Egg

Slice the croissant in half. Spread honey mustard on the bottom half. Layer the bacon, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, and the cooked egg on top. Place the top half of the croissant over the filling.

Assemble the Sandwich

Serve immediately while warm, optionally with a side of fresh fruit or a simple salad.
