Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces. In the same skillet, add the hash browns and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Omelet

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. Return the skillet to medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture and let cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to set.

  3. 3

    Add Filling

Sprinkle the cooked bacon, ham, hash browns, green onions, and cheddar cheese evenly over one half of the omelet. Allow to cook for another minute until the cheese starts to melt.

  4. 4

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the filling. Cook for an additional minute, then slide onto a plate. Serve hot.
