Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Layer Ingredients

Ham & Spinach Layer

In a greased baking dish, layer the diced ham, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, and green onions.

Veggie Layer

In another section of the dish, layer the broccoli, red onions, red peppers, and parmesan cheese.

Sausage Layer

In the last section, layer the crumbled sausage, mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and pepper jack cheese.

Bake

Combine and Bake

Pour the egg mixture evenly over all the layers. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Serve

Cool and Serve

Allow the egg bake to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with fresh fruit on the side.
