Brew the Chai
Boil water and steep the chai tea bags in the hot water for about 5 minutes to extract the flavors.

Prepare Espresso
While the chai is steeping, prepare a shot of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop method.

Steam the Milk
Heat the milk until it's steaming but not boiling. You can use a steamer or heat it gently on the stove.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mug, combine the brewed chai tea, the prepared espresso, and the steamed milk. Stir in sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger to taste.

Add Vanilla
Finish off by adding a splash of vanilla extract, if desired. Stir well to combine all flavors.
