Seafood Broil Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare the Seafood

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, and haddock. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Toss to coat the seafood evenly.

3

Assemble the Dish

Transfer the seafood mixture to a large baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the seasoned bread crumbs over the top of the seafood.

4

Bake the Seafood

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the bread crumbs are golden brown.

5

Sauté the Spinach

While the seafood is baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until wilted. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

6

Garnish and Serve

Once the seafood is done, remove it from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately alongside the sautéed spinach.
