Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while preparing the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the bee pollen infused Wheatley vodka, Lillet Blanc, fresh lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and peach bitters.

Shake it Up
Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
