In a blender, combine the milk, ice cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Add the chocolate syrup to the blender with the base mixture and blend until fully incorporated. Pour into a glass.

Add fresh or frozen strawberries to the blender with the base mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
