Mojito Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Start by taking a tall glass and adding the fresh mint leaves and passionfruit pulp to the bottom of the glass.
Muddle the Ingredients
Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the mint leaves and passionfruit to release the oils and juices. Be careful not to shred the mint too finely.
Add Lime Juice and Simple Syrup
Pour in the fresh lime juice and simple syrup over the muddled mixture.
Add Bacardi Rum
Next, add the Bacardi Rum to the mixture.
Fill with Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes to the top.
Top with Soda Water
Pour soda water over the ice until the glass is full. Give it a gentle stir to mix the ingredients.
Garnish
Garnish your mojito with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass and a sprig of mint for an added touch.
