Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into four equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

2

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

3

Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

4

Prepare the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

5

Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add the lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and onion slices. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top and cover with the top half of the bun.

6

Make the Root Beer Float

In a tall glass, add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour root beer over the ice cream until the glass is almost full. Add another scoop of ice cream on top.

7

Serve

Serve the Crunch Burgers hot alongside the Root Beer Floats for a delicious meal.
